In certain circumstances, to safeguard the project's investment, momentum, and overall interests, delayed approval may significantly undermine the effectiveness of the proposed Change Control. To mitigate this risk, when specified, the Client is required to approve the Change Control by responding to the email within three (3) business days. Failure to respond within this period will be considered as the Client's tacit approval of the Change Control. Accordingly, our team will proceed with the implementation of the proposed changes.
